Who we are
PlatinumLongevity.co sells research peptides for laboratory use. This policy covers the website at platinumlongevity.co.
What we collect
- Waitlist. Your email address, and the peptide you asked about if you joined from a product page.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and message.
- Orders. Your name, email, shipping address, optional lab or institution, the items ordered, and your research use confirmation.
- Cart. Your cart lives in your own browser storage. It holds product names and quantities only, and it never reaches our servers until you check out.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
- To email you once when ordering opens, if you joined the waitlist.
- To reply to your message.
- To fill, ship, and support your order, and to keep the records the law requires.
Who we share it with
- The payment processor that handles your payment, once ordering opens.
- The warehouse and carrier that ship your order, which receive your name and address.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until ordering opens and we have written to you.
- Contact messages for up to two years.
- Order records for as long as tax and business record laws require.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information through the contact page. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
